Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your experience as smooth and transparent as possible.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all our products.

However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Please contact our support team at support@ritae.store before returning any items. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing products, or contains an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products

  • Items not purchased directly from ritae.com

  • Orders past 7 days from the delivery date

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@ritae.store.
We’ll assist in tracking your order and work with our suppliers to provide a resolution as soon as possible.
